Ingredients (use vegan versions):
2 cups garbonzo beans
2/3 cups tahini (sesame paste)
3/4 fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
dash parsley
Directions:
Put all ingredients into blender. Drain garbonzo beans and add the liquid from them as desired until consistency is how you like it. (usually about 1/2 of the liquid is left)
