Spinach soup Recipe

Ingredients 2 tablespoon of thawed spinach
2 baby carrots
1 tablespoon frozen peas
half a chilli
1 small clove garlic
Instructions Microwave the spinach and peas for 2-3 minutes until tender.
Meanwhile peel and chop carrots, garlic and chilli
Transfer the cooked spinach and peas to blender jar.
Cook the rest of the vegetables, all together until tender in microwave.
Transfer this to blender jar containing the green vegetables.
Blend well.
Add water to preferred consistency.
Pour into soup bowl (microwave safe) and warm the soup.
Garnish with fresh crushed pepper and serve with garlic toast.
