Ingredients 4 tomatoes for cooking
2 cloves garlic
1 medium onion, grated
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon basil, torn in pieces
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Instructions Grate the tomatoes and place in a bowl. Crush the garlic with garlic crusher and place with tomatoes then add the herbs salt, pepper, sugar and olive oil. Mix well and serve on pasta, roast vegetables or even roast potatoes.
