Peanut Chutney Recipe

Ingredients 2 tablespoon unsalted peanuts
1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 chilli
sprigs of coriander leaf
some cooking oil
Instructions Heat cooking oil in saucepan, on medium
Add chilli and chopped garlic and cook till golden brown and aromatic
Add unsalted peanuts and mix well
Turn off heat
Transfer all this to blender jar
Add little bit of water and blend to smooth chutney
Take care with addition of water as the chutney can become very runny
Transfer this to a bowl
Can be stored in fridge and goes well with toasted bread, naan, pita
