Ingredients 1 ripe Avocado, cut in half the pip taken out and diced
1 medium mango, sliced and diced
1 small red chilli, seeded and chopped finely
salt and cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon parsley chopped
Instructions In a bowl put the mango, avocado and chilli. Then Season with salt and cracked black pepper and parsley and mix well. This salsa can be served with steamed Vegetables and rice on the side.
