Quick Question…It’s really simple but I’m new 
I purchased some pre-packaged seitan…do all I need to do is cook it on the stove in oil or butter?? and use whatever sauce I want to cover it? How long does it need to be cooked?

really depends on the recipe, I would just google a seitan recipe or rather pick up Vegan brunch and use the recipes from there. amazing results.
