Coconut Curry Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

      o 2 1/2 cups white flour
      o 1 T baking powder
      o 1/2 t salt
      o 1 t curry powder
      o 3 T soy margarine
      o 1 cup coconut milk
      o 1 t maple syrup
      o 2 T water 

METHOD
Preheat oven to 400F/205C.

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and curry powder. Cut in margarine. Stir in wet ingredients until dough is formed. Turn onto work surface and knead for about 30 seconds. Pat or roll out to 3/4 inch / 1.9 cm thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter to make ten biscuits. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes in a preheated oven.

The recipe itself tastes very delicious! I wonder, when this biscuits will get baked, it will smell so sweet and wonderful. I am crazy for cheese layer which you mentioned that we can add, I guess increases the softness in the cafe. Too much mouth-watering one! Also, I like vanilla and orange/ lemon flavour, but as this is something new, gonna surely try for it.
