Ingredients
Cashew Milk:

6 cups of water

1 cup of cashews

½ tbsp fresh vanilla bean OR 1 tbsp vanilla extract

¼ - ½ tsp agave nectar

1/2 tsp sea salt
Green Smoothie:
-
2 cups of water
-
1 banana
-
1 tbsp of coconut oil (which is optional)
-
1 pinch of salt
-
And a bunch of green leaves (kale, parsley, or romaine)
How to make Cashew Milk and Green Smoothie
Cashew Milk:
Add all the ingredients into the blender. Blend well. Strain the cashew milk through a cheese cloth.
Green Smoothie:
Pour water into the blender. Add banana. Add greens to the blender. Add coconut oil and salt. Blend well. Pour in a glass.
