Coconut mango, pinapple and banana desert Recipe

Ingredients 4 large ripe mangos peeled seeded and diced, keep juice.
1 large ripe pineapple peeled and chopped into large pieceskeep juice.
2 ripe bananas diced
1 cup of desicated coconut
1 pkt of coconut bicuits or butter nut snaps mashed
2 melted tblspns butter
1/4 cup of custard powder
Instructions Place pineapple and mango in saucepan on low heat add juice simmer and add custard powder and coconut stir until thickened.turn off heat.
crush biscuits add melted butter, line the bottom of a medium casserole dish or bowl with biscuit mixture press down flat and place in fridge for 1/2 hr.
When biscuit mixture sets, add fruit mixture and cover with chopped banana and place in fridge for a couple of hours, take out of fridge for 1/2 hour before serving.
