Re: Coke Greens Up in Europe and South America

Well, something is better than nothing. However I believe that there can be nothing green in coke. Production is using a lot of water not even talking about no health benefit from such a product. The worst are the factories for example in India where the company produces coke at the same time local ...

Re: I'm a lazy and new vegan, suggestions would help:)

Hi! I have read that protein necessity was determined in 19 century examining German soldiers. At that time there was not enough knowledge on protein in general. Today protein is said to be treat to acidize body system as too much of it gives acid body Ph. That takes necessary minerals out of the sy...

Eat lots of greens, seeds and berries. Organic ones. No need for synthetic vitamins as body does not recognize them, except the green powders as spirulina, algea,chlorrella- these are good. Anyway one does not need much of them.

Re: Protein in Vegan Food

Every vegetable, green leaf contain protein. I would advise limiting your protein. When the protein was discovered in 1800...its necessity was exaggerated. People in western countries have way too much protein, this leads to osteoporosis because protein leaks out the calcium form the bones as it for...

For me it seems ok. Anyway people would not even think, care or have any impression unless you went on telling them than not using leather is vegan in this is plastic leather.
I like hemp and fabric bags.

Yes, there are many companies who share our green commitments and values. Well, we must investigate carefully because any company now has the thing called "Corporate social responsibility".
Usually the sustainable and truly green ones are the small setups.

Make sure to have healthy acid-alkaline balance (pH). If highly acid, your body is using minerals from your scalp to alkaline the system.
Vegan diets can be very acid when eating lot of flour products and junk food in general.

Try more whole foods, greens, seeds. More raw food.

Drinking 2 liters in the morning alone sounds way too much. It can give extra work to your kidneys and your heart rather than cleaning effect. 2 liters during the whole day is enough. Also make sure that it is purified water.

Yes, I also agree to previous reply author, that detox/ system cleaning can be a long process. You may go worse before you get better. There is actually a theory that one needs to detox 10% of the lifetime they were polluting themselves. So if you are 20 it will take 2 years to get your optimal heal...

So the animal welfare is a priority as well as the welfare of the all living organism. Our possibility to thrive depends whether the world stay green and breathing!
