try to eat lots of leafy green vegetable and legumes.
also, eat nuts for magnesium, which enchances the absorption of calcium.

Most yogurt has some Vit. D, approx. 10%. The info given about Calcium blocking Vit. D absorption is incorrect

There is a nutrition bar out called Luna and they have a full dose of Folic Acid in them. They are also very tasty and come in several different flavors.
