Easy Fast Weight Loss Ideas!

Hello everyone, :D

We will discuss how to weight loss in this para. The simple natural weight loss tip, rather than having bread with your meal, or pasta or fried potatoes, try having grilled vegetables instead. Make water your favorite drink. A person must have a minimum of eight glasses of water in a day. Avoid taking soft drinks or carbonated beverages; moreover replace them with water. Water helps in reducing weight in the most effective manner. Make a habit of walking. Instead of driving car to the nearby market, prefer walking down. Eat more vegetables during meals as water-rich foods like zucchini, tomatoes, and cucumbers reduce your overall calorie consumption. Switch to ordinary coffee because coffee drinks at shops has extra calories, owing to whole milk, whipped cream, sugar, and sugary syrups. Once a week, make a habit of washing something thoroughly - could be floor, windows, shower cabin, bathroom tiles, car, etc. :D

I also have 1 great and easy idea for fast weight loss.
Make a spoonful of ice cream the jewel and a bowl of fruit the crown. Cut down on the chips by pairing each bite with lots of chunky, filling fresh salsa, suggests Jeff Novick, director of nutrition at the Pritikin Longevity Center & Spa in Florida. Balance a little cheese with a lot of salad.
Its very useful for everyone.

Not sure about the must have 8 glasses of water a day thing. If you lose little moisture and eat fruit that have a high liquid content then you could be right to keep living :D The cleaning as the means of getting some exercise in is a really good idea for sure. Exercise in the form of work, leisure or otherwise is always going to help. If you can cut out processed foods then you really are doing some great justice to your body in my view. Our bodies have to work hard to get little nutrition from grains so bread and pasta are not going to help with weight loss. A good level of nutrition for low calorie intake is vegetables and fruits. Grilling will wipe out some of the nutritional value and denature some aspects of your food I suspect. Either way – if you move towards vegetables that have colour, like the many shades of green, red, orange as well as the many colours of fruits then you are practically guaranteeing you are getting all your amino acids and micronutrients for minimal calorie intake. The many shades of green is pretty much the winning vegetable however with things like leafy salad ones, broccoli, asparagus etc.

Some case studies show that a vegetarian diet is effective for weight loss. This is the key. So just stick to it, drink a lot of water and you will achieve your goal !

Fast easy weight loss - DOES NOT EXIST

you have to eat less and do more... steady weight loss comes about from a change in life style. if you needed to lose a stone for a specific date you should of thought about that weeks ago.

if you starve for 2 weeks you will lose the weight, but will then regain all of it and probably more as soon as you eat again.

Hi dear,

For losing your weight fast you should never use the weight loss pills or any weight loss supplements because most of these have very severe side effects.
For weight losing you should do the exercise regularly and take diet foods.
Take more fruits and vegetables and avoid the fatty foods.

People should keep in mind that loosing too mush weight too fast is unhealthy, especially if they are trying to loose in unhealthy ways. For example, not eating! :bounce:

Easy, fast and effective weight loss ideas so thanks for sharing with others also. Like to add for easy, fast and effective weight loss, prefer raw food over processed food, increase water intake and workout regularly. Manage stress, have proper sleep and avoid eating shortly before going to bed.

Start your day with honey, lemon water. Go for veg diet but we need to skip some food itms like potato, rice, some grains that causes weight gain. Concentrate on heavy breakfast of colesterol free diet like oats and drink lots and lots of water and see the results.

Non vegetarian food contains lots of fats and takes lots of hours to digest it. Its better to go for vegetarian food if you want to lose extra fat and energy.
