Every plant protein has ALL the essential amino acids in various proportions.
Some proportions are more bio-available some are less, but if you eat enough calories from whole plant foods you will usually get enough proteins and amino acids.

4 of my friends kittens died after he fed them some brand pet food that he didn't fed them before.
But I am not sure that the food is the cause. It could be a poisoned mouse or a disease.

It depends, if people consume enough proteins, omega 3 and vitamins and makes smart choices it may be healthier.
But if the vegan eats lot of processed foods like margarine, processed starches and sweets along with over fried foods its no different than a normal American diet.
