1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup boiling water

To make this hot oil treatment for your hair, combine ingredients in a large glass jar (make sure it has a lid!) Vigorously shake the jar until the oil has emulsified and gently massage into hair. Wrap a warm towel around your hair and leave treatment in for about 30 minutes. Shampoo as usual.

1 medium banana

Oatmeal

For an exfoliating face mask that can’t be beat, mash a ripe banana and combine with oatmeal. The banana will help soften and soothe your skin while the oatmeal will slough away dead skin cells for a naturally glowing complexion. Gently massage the mask over your face and throat and rinse with lukewarm water.

Strawberries 8pcs.

2 tablespoons olive oil

Naturally exfoliating, this strawberry foot scrub will help slough away dull, dry skin and leave your feet pedicure-ready. Gently mash the strawberries and olive oil together until it forms a paste. Smooth the mixture all over your feet, leave on for a few moments, and rinse with warm water. Voila! Beautiful feet — naturally!

2 Tbsp. ground oats

2 tsp. brown sugar

2 Tbsp. aloe vera

1 tsp. lemon juice

This naturally exfoliating body scrub is simple to make and will make your skin positively glow. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until you have a paste. Massage over damp skin and rinse with warm water.

Dried rose petals (A handful)

Rosemary (about 5 sprigs)

This natural toner helps clarify and cleanse skin of every trace of impurities. Combine all ingredients together and strain. Apply mixture to cleansed face for a radiant complexion.
