The 'new posts/no new posts' indicators could be better.

Hey, bojster
Here is what I found in our FAQ.
Why do I get logged off automatically?
If you do not check the Log me in automatically box when you login the board will only keep you logged in for a preset time. This prevents misuse of your account by anyone else. To stay logged in check the box during login, this is not recommended if you access the board from a shared computer, e.g. library, internet cafe, university cluster, etc.

I Don't know if this is your case, though.
Did you talk to Sergio about this?

BTW, how do you like the photo on the new design?
tip: You have to change the style to vegan in your profile to see it when you are logged on.

Cheers!

Do you have any ideas on how to improve them?
Any examples you saw on other sites that you liked would help.

It's not the case, as I already explained in the other thread.

I don't know, is she vegan?

Yeah, I did that the very moment I noticed it changed back to the old style after I logged in.

I'm sorry, nothing comes to my mind now. But the current ones just seem to square.

Yeah, I noticed something changed... that's no problem, no big harm done.

Thanks for reviving this forum a bit!

I don't know, is she vegan?

She is totally vegan, between meals.
Actually she is not yet vegan.. but she may become some time in the future.
Why I asked is because Sergio doesn't like the photo.
He thinks it's not suitable for the forum. While I like it very much. So I think I will open a poll about it so that forums memeber could decide if the photo is good or not so good.

The new Vegan style is temporary turned off because people can't register with it.
I'm working on it now.

Don't cry marihuana boy.
The style is active but it's not default. So you can choose it from your profile after you register.

Starting from today we have a new visual confirmation on Vegan Talk forums.
It is much more advanced then the previous so with the help of God we will get rid of all automated spam, which is most of the spam we get here.

The only bad thing is that sometimes human users will find it difficult to read the code when registering. So here is an image with all the letters to help such users.

We have launched a new project that shows all the nutrients in vegan products.
Vegan Food Nutrients Database
It is still in development but it's already very useful..
For fast access - You can find the link to it, in the right-upper corner of the forum.

Recent changes.
+ Cleaned the interface, removed unnecessary information and links.

+ All google ads disappear if you log in.

+ now guests can post in some forums without registration (be careful not to post as a guest if you are registered). If you see a visual confirmation when you are posting it means that you are not logged in.

+ added a quick reply field for registered users. Very handy...

+ created a new forum for vegan websites review - only for registered users.

+ how do you like the new background?
