| Ingredients (use vegan versions): 2 cups cooked chickpeas 2/3 cup chickpea water 3 tablespoon tahini 1 large clove garlic or 2 small cloves 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 2 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoon lemon juice Directions: Place all ingredient in blender. Blend until creamy. This is the best hummus I've ever had in my life. I hate the stuff that's made with the box mix. Serves: 4 Preparation time: 10 min |
