Here I found this recipe: Here's another one. Peel four bananas and freeze them in the freezer. Chop up two fuji apples and do the same thing. When both have frozen overnight, run them through a Champion juicer or a Vita-Mix or a powerful food process. Toss in a handful of organic raisins that you've soaked for a few hours. I kid you not. I enjoy this "ice cream" as much as I ever enjoyed Breyers. Hope you give it a try. |

| Booja Booja in the UK make lovely vegan ice cream - maple and pecan flavour. The only ingredients are water, pecans, cashews, agave, maple syrup. I imagine they make a sort of nut cream, then beat it as they freeze it. |
