| Ingredients (use vegan versions):
2 slices of firm, chewy vegan bread of choice
2 tablespoon hummus of choice
A handful of assorted sliced or diced veggies or other things.. i.e. cukes,
carrots,tomatoes, olives,
bazil, beans,onions, pickles, whatever...be creative!
Directions:
Spread hummus on each slice of vegan bread. Top each slice with whatever you've decided sounds good or looks good...several things together is best! Eat as open-face sandwich. I love coming up with new variations of this and never get bored. Remember, there's some great hummus flavors out now..even at the local supermarket.
