| Ingredients (use vegan versions): 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped 4 tablespoons tahini paste 1/2 cup lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 can (15 oz) of chick peas strained, reserve juice Directions: Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth, use extra chick pea juice if too dry. Enjoy Serves: 2-4 Preparation time: 10 minutes |
